Just finished my third week with this stack and the timing system finally clicked for me. The pre-workout part gets me dialed in without that jittery crash I used to dread, and I notice I'm actually recovering faster between sets.

I’ve been through a lot of stacks, but this is the first one that actually covers the whole session—pre, during, and post. The Mr. Hyde Signa part hit within 15 minutes, and I didn’t crash mid-workout like I usually do. Recovery feels noticeably smoother the next day, which is exactly what I needed.

The pre-workout hit fast and the focus lasted through the whole session, but what really sold me is how the post-training part kept my recovery on point the next day. I’ve tried singles before, but having all three phases covered in one stack just makes the routine stupid simple.
