一水肌酸

The scoop is exactly 5,000 mg and it dissolves clean in water without that gritty chalkiness I've dealt with before. I’ve noticed my last few reps feel less like a grind, and recovery between sets seems a bit quicker than before.

Three weeks in and I’m already adding an extra rep or two on my last sets, which is exactly what I hoped for. The 5,000 mg per scoop makes it easy to measure without any guesswork. It dissolves fine in water, no clumping, and I’ve had no stomach issues at all.

Mixing one scoop into my post-workout shake has been a game changer for pushing through those last few reps. The powder dissolves clean enough that I don't get that gritty texture I've dealt with before, and I've noticed a real difference in my strength gains over the past month.
